I requested an end of tenancy cleaning and first of all the company was very responsive and helpful providing with clear contract and instructions. The cleaning was operated by a family and they stayed 5hours at my place to clean everything (floor, appliances, bathrooms and vacuuming the carpet. They did an amazing job! The day after inspection went very well and I will get back my deposit !

My white couch was stained very badly, and contacted this service to see if they could remove it. It was my last resort, as I had considered replacing the whole 4,000 pound couch. They answered back via email very quickly, and by the next day someone came to clean it. After 20 minutes of steaming and cleaning, the stain was completely gone. I can’t telly you how grateful I am for their prompt, professional, and very effective service!

I found this company on Which? magazine web site, which speaks for itself. The company are genuine with reasonable prices, unlike some who quoted £405 for a rug! The operative arrived on time. He was helpful in moving the carpet. Furthermore, he did an excellent job in a short time. I paid on the day, which was very convenient for me. The carpet has come up like new! Don’t pay exhorbitant up-front amounts go with this company.

Just wanted to say that the Technician who cleaned our sofa and velvet loveseat today did an amazing job! Couldn’t be more pleased and keep asking myself why we waited this long to get it done!
